Registered Nurse, Geriatric

A respected care provider is seeking a Registered Nurse with geriatric experience to support patient-centered clinical delivery across an established elderly care program.

You will provide compassionate nursing care, contribute to care planning, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and help maintain safe and compliant clinical routines.
