Previous leadership experience in hotel, resort, or hospitality operations.
Strong knowledge of staffing, rota planning, guest service, and department coordination.
Ability to coach frontline leaders and hold teams accountable to standards.
Commercial awareness with confidence reading operational performance indicators.
Comfort handling escalations, service recovery, and fast-changing daily priorities.
