Requirements
3+ years of frontend development experience with React in production environments.
Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and component-based UI architecture skills.
Experience consuming APIs and working alongside backend teams.
Good eye for spacing, typography, responsive layouts, and UX polish.
Comfortable using Git and collaborating in an iterative product workflow.
Bonus points for experience with Laravel-backed applications or recruitment platforms.
